WE ARE NOT PROVIDERS FOR KAISER AND AMBETTER INSURANCE EXCHANGE PLANS

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our offices are NOT Providers for Kaiser and Ambetter. If your child has one of these insurances from the Georgia Health Insurance Exchange Plan, please look into finding another primary provider while on this insurance. We are equally unhappy that we cannot provide care to your child, but finding another covered provider will benefit your child with good continuity of medical care.
